Jupidex is currently looking for a Segment Lead (Sales Representative) in their Northwest region who will be responsible for the development, marketing selling -in and selling out of allocated product range in the respective segment to Dealers and Key Accounts, maintaining relationships with new and existing Dealers and Key Accounts and thereby achieving or exceeding annual unit and GP sales target for the allocated product range.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Development and execution of annual Sales Budget for respective area of responsibility & product segment.
  • Configure products to be positioned competitively in the market to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop the respective AOR & segment responsible for achieving profit targets.
  • Plan and execute activities in line with Sales and marketing plans.
  • Brand Promotion and Positioning
  • Administration, Inventory Management and Control
  • Present, promote & sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Min: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma

Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field

An above-average command of Afrikaans & English is expected of the incumbent.

The incumbent must be able to move freely and be able to get involved in physical on-the-job operational requirements.

Must be willing to travel 75% of the time to achieve operational objectives.

Normal to elevated stress levels – must be able to operate professionally under challenging situations.

High level of product application knowledge - 5-10 years experience
