Mascor is currently looking for a Parts Sales person who will be responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive, and efficient on all basic agricultural machines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a.    SALES

  • product knowledge on all basic agricultural machines within set timeframe
  • parts in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • to standard operating procedures and matrix reports
  • to in branch customers and process orders timeously
  • all own sales and GP targets
  • customer coverage targets
  • to discount parameters

b.    ADMINISTRATION

  • that all parts are charged when issued
  • that all communications are done timeously.
  • in progress report to show only current transactions.
  • selected training objectives in the set time frame

c.    RECEIVING AND BINNING

  • that incoming goods are accurate, reporting all discrepancies and damages.
  • all received parts accurately
  • correct marking on parts to be binned
  • that binned parts are in saleable condition

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

a.    Qualifications:

-Min: Grade 12

b.    Experience:

  • knowledge of all agricultural machines and equipment
  • product training will be advantageous

c.     Legal Requirements:

  • drivers license
